If a site or message from our servers sends spam, steals data, spreads malware or infringes someone’s rights, let us know. Reports are handled by the same team that runs the servers.

You can also send a report by email to abuse@scyhost.com.
What helps
- The exact URL, domain or IP address
- For spam: full message headers, not just a forward
- The time of the event, with time zone
- For copyright: which work, and proof of rights
What happens next
We check the report against the Acceptable use policy. If an account endangers the server or third parties, we may limit or suspend it immediately and tell the account holder why.
Don’t send passwords or third-party personal data that the report doesn’t need.

Tell us through the form (type “Security vulnerability”) or by email. Describe the steps to reproduce, and don’t access other people’s data or disrupt services while testing.
