The agent may read account details (domains, mailboxes, DNS records, databases, PHP version) straight away so it knows what to propose. It changes nothing without your click.

You see exactly what will be done and with which values. An unconfirmed action expires after 10 minutes.

Only then does the action run, exactly as shown, and it is written to the log.
What the agent can’t do.
- Billing
- It has no access to invoices, payments, orders or cancelling services.
- Deleting
- It can’t delete the hosting account or files. The only removal it may prepare is a DNS record, again with your confirmation.
- Passwords
- It does not change the main cPanel password. Passwords for new mailboxes and databases are shown to you once; they are not sent to the model or stored.
- Log
- Every executed or cancelled action is written to the log, without secrets. You see the list of recent actions in the portal.
- Accuracy
- AI can be wrong, which is why nothing runs without confirmation. Read the proposal before you click, especially for DNS and the PHP version.
- Limits
- Requests per user and daily usage are limited. For everything the agent can’t do, there is a support ticket.
