scyhost. This page summarises how refunds and cancellations work. It explains section 3 and section 6 of the Terms of service; if anything here differs, the Terms of service apply.
Money-back guarantee (30 days)
Within 30 days of your first order we refund the hosting fee on request.
Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. By ordering, you expressly request that the service start immediately; if you withdraw, you pay for the part of the service provided until withdrawal.
What is not refundable
Domain registration fees are not refundable once the domain is registered, as they are paid to the registry.
How to request a refund
- Open a ticket at support.scyhost.com, or email support@scyhost.com from the address the account was opened with.
- Include the domain or service name. Before the account is closed you can download a full backup from cPanel.
- Because payments are made through PayPal, refunds are returned through PayPal.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by submitting a ticket; the service runs until the end of the paid period. There is no minimum contract term.
Unpaid renewals
Services are paid in advance for the selected period (monthly or yearly). If a renewal is not paid on time we may suspend the service after notice and terminate it if it remains unpaid.

Prices are in euros (EUR). An invoice is issued for every payment.
