Settings for any client: iPhone, Android, Outlook, Thunderbird.
- Add the account manually
In the app choose Add account → Other / Manual, account type IMAP. - Username and password
The username is the full email address and the password is the one you set for the mailbox. - Incoming server
mail.yourdomain.com, IMAP, port993, SSL/TLS. (For POP3: port995.) - Outgoing server
mail.yourdomain.com, SMTP, port465, SSL/TLS, with authentication using the same username and password. - Calendar and contacts
In plans that include a calendar, CalDAV and CardDAV are supported — you get the sync addresses in cPanel under Calendars and Contacts.
TipIf mail won’t send, make sure authentication is enabled in the outgoing server settings and that you use port 465 with SSL.
