If you only want hosting with us, you don’t need to transfer — just change the nameservers. If you want everything in one place, a transfer works like this:

- Unlock the domain (transfer lock) at your current registrar and request the EPP / authorisation code. For .hr domains the process runs through CARNET.

- Make sure the registrant email is correct — the transfer confirmation goes there.

- Order hosting, pick “Transfer domain” in the domain step and enter your EPP code, or send it to us via ticket.
- 4
- A transfer usually takes from a few hours to five days, depending on the registry. Your site keeps working meanwhile.
